The room here is really spacious and the bed is super comfy. the staff are so nice and really know their stuff; we enjoyed interacting with them! 😊

The pool and its surroundings are beautiful. The area is clean and comfortable. The restaurant food is good, it's a good idea to find a restaurant when you don't want to.

We booked 2 nights, we arrived and were surprised to find that the second night we were moved to the Holliday Inn express that is close because they had to clean the water tanks. Being the cleaning of the tanks a programmed task they had to warn about the inconvenience! Booking 2 nights and spending one night in one room and next in another is ridiculous. staff tried to apologize for the inconvenience, they have no apologies. It's not done. They have to. notify!! Chatting with other guests at the pool were several who had not been warned. I think they thought that if they did, we'd all change hotels. It's a shame, we've been traveling and visiting for so long. We've always stayed at this hotel, this time they let us down. They didn't offer a discount to compensate for the inconvenience, did they give us a free dinner at the restaurant! Nothing at all. They should better the customer service policy and compensate us for the inconvenience. With last-minute explanations nothing is fixed!

Got reasonably large room with iron as well when arrived, greatly enjoyed that.

They had free parking right here, and the service was top-notch. My room had a super comfy bed, central heating to keep me warm, a safe for my belongings, and a fancy LCD TV. 🌟

Very easy to find, close to everthing and best town ever. People are super nice and helpfull

The hotel is very bright, and although the decoration of the rooms is somewhat outdated, everything is very clean and impeccable. The room we were given was very spacious, and had everything we could possibly need at our disposal....  

The hotel is in a perfect location just a few blocks from the gorgeous riverfront, near to many restaurants, close to the bank and groceries stores. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with big windows that provide plenty of natural...  

The room size and facilities were all you would expect. Breakfast was of good quality with a reasonable range of options. Location was a 15 minute walk from the river front.

pool is very good as is the bar service next to it. room is well equipped, amenities, coffee maker, iron. cleanliness and good predisposition of the bellboys and staff that attends the breakfast.

Just an observation: arrive at 7 am after a trip with many disorders. I arrived at that time because the bus service from my city did not have an adequate schedule to arrive closer to the check-in time and that would allow me to participate in some days linked to my profession at mid-morning. I asked if they would allow me to go to my room, but they told me that it was not possible since the check-in time was at 2 pm. It seems unlikely to me that they did not have a room available that would have relieved the mishaps of the trip (to be able to take a shower, change comfortably and unpack my luggage). I would like to clarify that I was allowed to change in a bathroom in the lobby of the hotel but I could not access the room. I finally checked in at 2pm, after returning from the morning sessions and at the time that corresponded to the reservation made. I understand the policies of entry and exit of hotel passengers, but a courtesy never hurts.

Comfortable room with a king-size bed, good bathroom, and air conditioning. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus, despite cleanliness concerns. The room was clean and the staff was friendly....  

On the 2nd night, they left 1 towel instead of 2.
